Our refund/return policy is valid for 10 Days from the day your product is delivered to you, on qualifying products. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period.
We will exchange/refund/replace your purchased product only because of a mistake at our end. More specifically, only flower jewelry and accessories with manufacturing defects, damages (while in transit, for example) or with incorrect materials listed, will be accepted. And only with a valid proof of damage via photos.
Please note that if you had selected the wrong size, color or item variation (ie the mistake originated from your end), in most cases we won’t be able to exchange them. Feel free to reach out to us if ever in doubt, but be mindful that we will only be able to help you if our partnering supplier agrees to the return. In some cases, we may offer you a 50% discount on your purchase of the correct item, with you keeping the original item.
To complete your return, you must contact us to request an RA (Return Authorization) before shipping the product back to us/our suppliers. Using the returns/exchanges form provided on this Warranty, Returns and Exchanges page, please provide our Customer Support team with the following required details:
- Order number
- SKU number and/or product name
- Reason for return or exchange
- Proof of damage (images)
