After order verification you will receive an email confirmation.

Processing

It takes 3-7 business days (usually ~3) to process your order. Holidays & weekends are not included.

Shipping

Shipment takes between 7 to 30 business days depending on destination. (Average 2 weeks)

Delivery

An email with a tracking number for your order will be sent about 1 day after your order ships.

FREE SHIPPING over $25 or $2.79 under $25

For a limited time only, we are proud to offer a FREE standard worldwide shipping on orders over $25. On orders under $25, we charge a low fee of $2.97.

For premium flower jewelry items (usually priced at $250 and over), we will often offer a FREE UPGRADE to expedite shipping, as to ensure that your accessory gets to you ASAP safely. Please note that on high-end jewelry items shipped via DHL Express, you are likely to incur a customs duty tax or VAT, depending on your destination country. In any case, however, our prices are usually lower than at your local store, even including those extra taxes. Please refer to our Payments & Pricing page for more info on import duties.

Expedited shipping is also available on all other orders upon request for a custom price quote. Please contact us via support@valerias3.sg-host.com or fill out the Contact Us form.

If you are placing a bulk or wholesale order, please contact us for a discount.

Shipping Tracking & Courier

At 925 Petals, our top priority is to make sure that the shipping and delivery of your purchased flower accessories get processed as soon as possible. Typically, you should expect to receive your order in 10-30 business days from the date that it was placed. It may take 3 to 7 days to process and ship out your order. In most cases, your items will be shipped via e-packet (a USPS service created specifically for e-commerce). Tracking information will be emailed to you approximately 1 day after your order gets shipped out, with a link for your reference. Currently, over half of our orders get shipped out within 3 business days or less!

Currently, all our orders get processed from international warehouses outside of the United States, so please plan your purchase accordingly. Kindly refer to our Shipping and Delivery table below for estimated delivery timeframes for your specific region.

International Shipping and Delivery, Duties & Taxes

As a standard practice, nearly all shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of customs duties and taxes.   Depending on your order’s final destination and the size, value and contents of your shipment, you may be charged these additional sales, custom, VAT or GST fees on exported goods. The shipping and delivery time and associated costs may also increase as a result although we will do our best to keep the declared package value low as to help reduce those fees.

These fees are imposed by the government of the importing country. In some countries, all duties and taxes must be paid before the goods are released from customs. As these fees are not imposed by us, 925 Petals is not responsible for any of these additional costs. You, the customer, are required to pay them, if applicable.

A VAT (Value added Tax) is a general consumption tax applicable to the value added to goods and services. In some countries, such as Canada, Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand, this tax is known as GST or the goods and services tax. Every member state of the European Union (EU) has a VAT.

Due to separate and applicable tax jurisdictions of your country, please contact your government office with any further questions. We also strongly encourage you to maintain a good standing with respect to all duties and taxes, if applicable.

Delayed Shipments & Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please note that we are not responsible for delivery delays and/or lost merchandise due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses if they were submitted incorrectly by the customer. Similarly, if you had made or attempted to make a change of address after the order was placed, we do not guarantee that you will receive your item within the typical timeframe, if at all. Please ensure to contact us if a change of address is needed, and if your order hasn’t been dispatched to the factory yet, we may be able to catch it and change it.

Please note that shipping and delivery may also take longer than expected in case of customs clearing procedures, force majeure or other unpredictable issues. If you have not received your purchased order within the estimated shipping and delivery times as provided in the table below, please contact us using the form here.

Partial Delivery

When processing your order, we make every effort to ship your multiple items together. However, there are times that we may have to divide your order into several shipments. Common reasons for this are:

  1. Item availability
  2. Shipping items from different fulfillment centers
  3. Shipping directly from a vendor or independent artist

 

Please note: when we divide an order into multiple shipments, you are not charged an additional fee. Your shipping fee will remain as FREE for orders over $25 USD, and only $2.97 for purchase total of under $25.
